DOJ: We’re Not Equal Under the Law
No, people are not equal under the law. Just look at Trump. But will the DOJ allow Trump to somehow buy his way into their 60-day rule, too?

Nobody from Trump’s executive branch takes the Federal Records Act very seriously. And we all want to know who did what and when. But can I suggest a higher priority? Before anything else, fire them all. This is a clear dereliction of their duty and their oath of office. Fire them all before they do more harm.
Democrats are chumps. We keep talking about issues and policies, quote studies and study opinions. But none of that matters! Republican voters usually agree with Democratic positions still punch a Republican party-line ticket. Republicans vote tribally. And they’re winning.
My strongly held religious beliefs tell me that anyone under a MAGA hat is probably nasty. Can I refuse them service in my restaurant? If a White Supremacist wants my shop to bake them a special Cross Burning cake, why can’t I say no? Is my religion somehow less than the official Evangelical sect?
I only bought a Nespresso machine because Nestlé recycles the pods. Surprised me. Then I wondered why we don’t require responsible manufacturing from all businesses. Corporations sell us metric gigatons of poisonous junk and hazardous waste and leave us to foot the bill for cleaning it up. That’s weird, right?
This should be harder to believe. Another damn shooter guns down our children by the dozen. NRA Republicans drone “thoughts and prayers” while pushing us to buy more guns. Is Putin still laundering Republican donations through the NRA?
What’s the cost/benefit of listening to a bad faith conservative? I want to know their concerns, but if I have to research everything they tell me, I’ve wasted my time twice.
Funny timing. Just as supply backups start to clear out, MAGA-adjacent protesters blockade critical trade. They gut the recovery and Republicans’ cheer for insurrection. They’ll just blame Democrats in 2022.
Here’s a thought. The New Republican Party lives for graft, guns, White Supremacy, and permanent rule. They’re willing to crash our economy for political advantage. Will the GOP sabotage Ukraine – and create a global war – to hurt Dems in the next election?
By ignoring his Congressional subpoena, Steve Bannon broke the law. Democrats can either enforce that penalty along with the subpoena demands, or admit that Congress cannot require testimony.
Derek Chauvin was just found guilty of murdering George Floyd. Democrats are in the news, but where are the Republicans? They’re the hardline, pro-police party. They’re guilty of inciting racial murder. We can’t let the GOP pretend this gristly homicide doesn’t touch them.
No matter the voters’ problems or desires, Republicans reply to every calamity with the same answer: more tax cuts for the rich and powerful. I mean, it’s politically insane, but off they go anyway.
Texas and Mississippi cancelled mask mandates and crowding limits. State-level Republican leaders are perfectly willing to kill innocent people so they can pretend they’re manly. Stop pretending they’re working in good faith; they’re perfectly willing for you to suffer and die.
The news media ignores what we all know: Republicans are guilty of insurrection. They are bad-faith actors who have no policy goals. They’re a criminal enterprise that distains governance. If we allow criminals to sit in judgment of their own actions, the American experiment is nearly done.
The Washington Post has learned nothing. They’re focusing on the GOP lie about unity and healing. This is the same Republican Criminal Enterprise that voted to overturn our democracy just a few weeks ago. Their “Unity!” brainworm is a distraction, so we won’t uncover how deeply the conspiracy ran.
