Reading the FiveThirtyEight site, I see that recent polls have Trump’s popularity growing after he endorsed the KKK and Nazi riots in Charlottesville.
Not falling. Growing stronger.
Trump thinks ‘both sides’ are equally culpable. Both sides are have bad people. There were good people — not racists — in the white supremacists. Trump blames the ‘Alt-Left’ for violence.
Apparently, that made Trump’s ‘base’ happier than they’ve been recently. So much for that bit of fiction. The KKK continues to back Trump as their guy.
