Media Bias and Misinformation
Did you know that 37% of Americans say the US is losing jobs? In reality, job growth under Biden is high, and unemployment is historically low. We get our news from the media. If we’re misinformed, is that media bias?

Trump calls for unchecked power. His supporters cheer and talk about needing assault rifles against the government. And we make excuses. He attacks impartial justice, and they agree. Stop pretending they’re not calling for the end of the American experiment.
Evangelicals, like so many groups, have betrayed their principles under President Trump, who corrupts everything he touches. Unlike the Republicans, I find the Evangelicals hard to explain. What price did they get when they sold their everlasting souls to Trump, a walking, talking Antichrist in bad hair.

This tactic isn’t just infantile nonsense; it corrupts any conversation it...

Actually, three bombs: yanking the payments to insurance companies to cover poor people, splitting healthy people out of the ACA marketplaces,...
The latest spout of Trump Crazy tweets — the ones that leave me shaking my head — leave a third of us delighted. They see Trump as a fighter. “Look at him hit back against those snobby elites!” they tell each other, as if Trump ever actually won a fair fight. Here’s a quote from Washington Post opinion piece by Hugh Hewitt: The rest of...
