Some things are hard not to notice. Like Trump telling Mexico to drop dead. After Hurricane Harvey hit Texas, Mexico offered significant aid to America. They provided huge support after Hurricane Katrina, with meals, portable water treatment facilities, and the like, and they made a similar offer now to Texas.
