I half- agree with Ezekiel. I don’t think Republicans are literally Satanists, but only because they’re too morally indifferent. But think about how many ways the GOP is OK hurting everyone — even their own voters — so long as the donations roll in.

The Catholic bishops voted to ban President Biden from full Catholic communion. He allows non-Catholics to disagree, which violates the (new) core Christian values. I guess love, kindness, prayer, and forgiveness took a back seat.

Sen. Mitch McConnell loves playing make-believe. Remember his quote about being “100% focused on stopping this administration”? It was honest, but it wasn’t courage. He was just dodging another honest question from a persistent reporter. McConnell is nobody’s hero.
