Update: my original story included Kellyanne Conway. She and Steven Bannen were mentioned by an intermediary offering campaign access, but neither was in this meeting.

Breaking News
The New York Times just published Trump Jr. Was Told in Email of Russian Effort to Aid Campaign. It’s a bombshell. We knew that Donald Trump, Jr — the President’s son — met with a Russian lawyer…
Which he lied about.
…And discussed possible intelligence stolen by Russian hackers…
Which he lied about.
…And we now know Trump, Jr. knew, ahead of the meeting, that the compromising intelligence the lawyer was offering would be stolen by Russians. Trump wanted it so that he could use the stolen information against the Hillary campaign, to help his father’s campaign.
For all their talk, that meeting included Trump, Jr., Trump Campaign Aide Paul Manafort, and close Trump campaign advisor (and Son-In-Law) Jared Kushner, and other Trump campaign officials.
So… that part’s done. Yes, the Trump campaign colluded with Russian sources to distort the 2016 Presidential campaign.
Note that ‘collusion’ isn’t a crime. Obstruction of justice and perjury are crimes, but collusion by itself is miserable and treasonous, but not a crime in itself.
Note that this happened a week after Trump won the nomination, and just before the big Russian data dump to WikiLeaks.
