Listening to the impeachment vote in the House, I hear a lot of reasons not to impeach Trump. Acting dreadfully is appalling, but it is not impeachable. We need to be scrupulously honest, especially when the impeachment charges are so damning.
Military leaders are famous for re-fighting earlier wars. So sure, bribe Poland into donating all their old, expensive, delicate MIGs to the cause. But starting, like yesterday, send Ukraine more drones.
It’s no surprise that Sen. Ron Johnson is a racist, but what about the GOP? All we hear in response is the sound of Republican silence. Can’t they comment? Either the GOP has become the racists they play on TV, or they’re such cowards they can’t stand up for the most minimal racial standards. Or both, I suppose.
