I know I shouldn’t listen, but I can’t help myself.

I can’t find the transcript, but the press pool flying with Trump on Air Force One reported the Peanut Butter President as saying “I think we’ve had one of the most successful 13 weeks in the history of the presidency.”
Leave it to the Cheese Doodle to pretend his Superfund administration smells like sweet magnolias, but I especially loved the ’13 week’ claim, since he’s only been in office for eleven weeks now.
Maybe he’s planning a really kick-ass next couple of weeks, trying to ace the test?
Quick: who thinks he’ll backpedal? No, that’s not fair. Do you think it’s more likely he’ll claim he was quoting something he read somewhere, or that he’ll insist it really has been 13 weeks because it feels that way to him? I’m betting on option one, but two is tempting.
Trump remains a mystery, doesn’t he?
