Sorry I’ve been quiet for a few days. I mean, I’ve started writing a ton of stuff. I’ve typed out thousands of words. The problem started each time I tried to close the loop and wrap things up. Instead of my arguments narrowing to the small answer I wanted, the articles just expanded into the broader cultural issues that are really driving all this. That’s the beginning of a pedantic academic paper or a bad non-fiction book, not a blog posting.
I’ve got a lot of saved drafts that’ll never see the light of your monitor. You can thank me later.
