Trump’s tweet about the Ninth Circuit decision was wonderfully surreal:

I’m assuming he thought spitting ‘See you in court’ would intimidate his enemies. Maybe it’s something he yells a lot when he gets mad. It doesn’t seem like an especially productive thing to spout at a panel of appellate judges upholding an earlier district judge’s decision. (It’s not like he’ll actually see any of them in court.)

But, yeah, a lame threat, and oddly generic. Didn’t sound like Trump knew the only higher appeal was the Supreme Court.  OK, I suppose they could appeal to the full Ninth Circuit, but having lost the three-judge panel three to zip, his odds on a second try aren’t looking too spiffy.
