The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld the stay on Trump’s Muslim Travel Ban. They rejected the government’s arguments about why the President and his President Orders were above court review.

Trump’s response was “We’ll see you in court,” as if that phrase would strike fear into his enemy’s hearts.  When asked about the Supreme Court, he seemed unaware that it was the only higher level of appeal.

This is still only about the stay, not the law itself.  That’s the bigger issue, and it is not at all decided.

Note: a PPP poll showed that while most American disagree with Trump, a majority of Trump voters believed that Trump had the power to ignore any court orders he disagreed with.
